Role summary

This full-time, on-site accounting role is based in Meerut and involves managing day-to-day books, billing, tax compliance, stock-linked valuation records, reconciliations, and coordination with external partners such as banks, vendors, and the company’s Chartered Accountant.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the daily accounting records updated in Tally, including sales, purchases, expenses, and ledgers.
• Prepare and support GST compliance work, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings, along with TDS coordination with the CA.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and routine cash and bank reconciliation activities.
• Maintain stock records and valuation tracking tied to gold and silver rates.
• Compile monthly summaries covering sales, expenses, and amounts due from customers or parties.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and the Chartered Accountant for audits and statutory filings.
