Job description

Role overview

The Account Operations Specialist will help run operational, financial, and contracting processes for major revenue accounts valued at over $5M. This role supports Vynamic Client Services and reports to the Head of Client Services, working closely with Account Leads and Client Executives. The position is based in India and follows UK working hours.

Core account operations

  • Check statements of work against account standards and keep SOW and contract order templates current.
  • Record invoicing milestones in client systems.
  • Coordinate setup for new team members, handle extension requests, and work with Vynamic colleagues to secure system approvals.
  • Oversee the provisioning and return of client laptops.

Financial governance

  • Partner with Finance to review monthly revenue allocation.
  • Perform quality checks on monthly invoicing.
  • Examine account expense reports before they are approved by the Account Lead and highlight unusual items.
  • Support the Account Lead with de-identifying sales bonus communications and related email activity.

Account enablement

  • Maintain onboarding and offboarding standard operating procedures for the account.
  • Coordinate onboarding for Account Leads.
  • Carry out additional enablement tasks in collaboration with Account Leads, Client Executives, and the Head of Client Services as needed.

Required background

  • At least 3 years of experience in reporting or analytics.
  • Prior exposure to Sales Operations, Client Operations, or Business Development is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and demand-tracking platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of reporting processes.
  • Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational capability to manage many shifting priorities.
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external contacts.
  • Comfort with prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Commitment to operating in line with the company values.
