Job description

About Us

SINE Digital is a global frontrunner specializing in media, technology, and analytics within the live entertainment sector. Operating from offices in London and New York, we collaborate with prestigious cultural organizations and international brands to enable digital and AI-driven transformations. Our data-driven marketing methodologies aim to boost ticket sales, enhance brand recognition, and increase audience engagement.

Our clientele includes prominent West End and Broadway productions as well as leading cultural institutions such as The Royal Ballet & Opera (formerly the Royal Opera House), Nederlander Theatres, LW Theatres, LW Tickets, and The Royal Court.

Role Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Account Manager who is enthusiastic about theatre, live entertainment, and cultural organizations. This position involves managing a portfolio of venue and cultural clients, serving as the primary coordinator between clients and SINE’s specialist teams.

Effective communication and project management are essential to ensure campaigns, budgets, and deliverables are well-planned and executed efficiently. The Account Manager ensures ongoing alignment among all participants throughout campaign lifecycles, supporting account directors and internal teams in translating strategic plans into actionable tasks.

Key to success is cultivating a thorough understanding of client business goals, commercial priorities, audience behaviors, and seasonal scheduling to facilitate timely campaign launches, membership drives, fundraising efforts, priority productions, and significant ticket sales.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for multiple venue and cultural clients, assisting Account Directors with broader account management.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and planning cycles.
  • Respond to client queries promptly and maintain clear accountability for follow-up actions.
  • Support client meetings, regular reviews, reporting sessions, and presentations.
  • Monitor client feedback, approvals, and priorities to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Assist Account Directors in spotting growth opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, assets, and workflows across teams and clients.
  • Translate client needs into clear instructions for internal specialist teams.
  • Maintain visibility of campaign calendars and ensure preparation with adequate lead time and stakeholder coordination.
  • Act as liaison to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns aligned with objectives.
  • Keep precise project documentation including trackers, reports, meeting notes, and action logs.
  • Identify potential risks or blockers proactively and escalate as needed.
  • Manage non-platform campaign budgets, invoicing, and documentation quality assurance.
  • Assist with forecasting, account planning, and financial reporting alongside Account Directors.
  • Maintain key contractual documents and statements of work.
  • Track campaign progress against plans and alert stakeholders to any problems.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling efforts within existing client portfolios.
  • Ensure accountability and timely completion of actions across teams.
  • Promote improvements in processes, documentation, and workflows.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and embrace AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Keep abreast of latest trends in digital marketing, live entertainment, theatres, and cultural sectors.
  • Participate in relevant industry events, training, and development opportunities.
  • Gain proficiency in SINE’s marketing science methodologies, AI tools, and audience engagement frameworks.
  • Facilitate adoption of new products and services within client accounts.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, client services, project coordination, marketing, or a similarly client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience handling budgets, reporting, trackers, or commercial documentation.
  • Comfortable working with clients or stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Background in theatre, live entertainment, cultural organizations, or agencies is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly proactive mindset with the ability to foresee problems and drive progress.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building expertise.
  • Commercially savvy with confidence in budget management and financial documentation.
  • Adept at multitasking across competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys cross-functional cooperation.
  • Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Passionate about live entertainment, culture, and engaging audiences.

Benefits

  • 25 days of annual holiday excluding bank holidays, with additional days off during the Christmas period; an extra holiday day is earned annually for the first three years.
  • Competitive salary determined yearly through external benchmarking.
  • Early finish at 3 pm on Fridays, subject to business demands.
  • Enhanced family-friendly and personal leave provisions.
  • Health cash plan eligibility after three months of service.
  • Access to an employee assistance program.
  • Hybrid work model and allowance for home-office equipment.
  • Complimentary tickets to live events on a regular basis.
  • Structured personal development plans, custom training programs, and chances to attend industry conferences.
  • Active social events calendar with opportunities to contribute to event planning.
  • Opportunities to influence company culture and benefits.
