Key responsibilities

• Identify fresh sales opportunities and turn them into business.
• Create and implement sales plans that align with the company’s sales approach.
• Continuously manage and expand the sales pipeline.
• Develop strong relationships across multiple levels within customer organisations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts to improve portfolio results.
• Use a solutions-led approach to show customers the value of OfficeMax’s wider range.
• Spot efficiencies for customers and support them with consolidated, convenient ordering.

Candidate profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales.

• Experience handling supplier and customer negotiations.
• Comfort working within matrix-style team structures.
• Strong commercial judgment, logistics awareness, and problem-solving ability.
