Role Overview

This position is responsible for onboarding and nurturing relationships with approximately 70 to 80 partner restaurants within assigned territories, aiming to generate a gross merchandise value between 80 to 90 million rupees monthly. Specific partner count and target revenue will depend on the designated India 1 and India 2 markets and geographic areas assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and onboard new restaurant accounts by clarifying all necessary requirements and collaborating with relevant internal teams.
• Regularly engage with existing partners to verify that the Restaurant Display Page content and imagery meet standards.
• Deliver compelling presentations detailing the benefits of Dineout programs and promotions to encourage steady partner investment and growth.
• Coordinate growth initiatives like offer alignments and marketing operations to ensure smooth execution of events and promotional activities.
• Address and resolve challenges such as payout denials for diners to maintain flawless customer and partner transactions.
• Formulate growth plans tailored to individual accounts and stay informed about competitors' strategies.
• Extract and interpret essential data from dashboards to communicate performance metrics effectively to partners.
• Encourage partners to maintain or exceed investments compared to competitors by demonstrating the advantages highlighted by data insights.
• Maintain communication with support teams handling discount modifications, display page issues, finance queries, and other operational matters.

Functional Expertise and Skills

• Thorough understanding of Dineout offerings and growth drivers.
• Familiarity with key restaurant metrics, including operating hours, advertisement revenue per order, commission revenue per order, and their components like average order value.
• Experience working with data visualization and management tools such as CMS, Power BI, Compass, and Salesmate.
• Insight into the conversion funnel and transaction analytics on various timelines, including denial rates and supply versus competition metrics.

Candidate Profile and Desired Qualities

• Graduate with prior experience in field sales.
• Proficient in the local language and competent in English communication.
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is preferred.
• Confident, personable, motivated, and an effective communicator with a strong sales mindset.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups.
• Strong analytical skills including good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Flexible work approach to accommodate variable restaurant business hours beyond standard 9-to-5.
• Leadership qualities to build and leverage a broad internal and external network for achieving objectives.

Work Conditions

All employees will work onsite at the designated office location in Raipur. The role demands adaptability to various working hours based on restaurant operation timings.
