Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, nurturing strong, productive relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external producers to steer projects seamlessly from ideation to completion, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables.
- Work with Data and Strategy teams to analyze existing business and consumer insights, transforming data into actionable opportunities.
- Establish and manage client budgets, resolve conflicts, ensure timely delivery of projects, draft creative briefs, and manage client payments.
- Coordinate alignment between client objectives and internal teams including strategy, data, creative, production, and media.
- Oversee contract management including renewals, and actively seek new opportunities beneficial to both clients and the agency.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience in an agency or similar setting.
- Demonstrable leadership in project management and client service roles.
- Background in advertising or campaign management with strategic knowledge of brand marketing.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset emphasizing outcomes over processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to control project budgets and timelines.
- Strong relationship-building skills with aptitude for teamwork and constructive conflict resolution.
- Competency in project planning tasks such as estimating and resource distribution.
- Ability to communicate client requirements clearly and manage scope-of-work documents effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High-level executive communication skills, capable of confident presentations and reading audience cues.
