Job description

About the Role

This position is for an Account Manager focused on merchant enablement. You will serve as the key contact for sellers, helping them onboard smoothly, stay compliant, and receive the operational support they need to succeed on the platform. The role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and operating in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for sellers and respond quickly and professionally to questions or issues involving registration, compliance, listing support, and account management.
  • Support sellers with platform rules, required documentation, and troubleshooting for concerns such as listing mistakes, payment delays, and compliance-related issues.
  • Work with internal partners in Legal, Compliance, and Product to resolve escalations and help improve internal processes.
  • Review seller pain points and feedback to identify opportunities for workflow or platform improvements.
  • Lead training sessions that help sellers understand best practices for maintaining healthy accounts and improving growth.
  • Track seller performance indicators, including onboarding completion and issue resolution times, and share trend insights with leadership.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of operational experience, including experience in brand management or platform operations.
  • Strong analytical ability with the capacity to assess industry trends, use data to support project management, and draw clear conclusions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, a self-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
  • Comfort working under pressure and handling logistics during peak-demand periods.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual pay range for this role is $80,000 to $150,000, with compensation aligned to labor market conditions across different U.S. regions and influenced by relevant factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies, and location.
