About the Role

This position sits within a large customer sales team that partners with major brands and agencies to help them grow through advertising solutions. The role calls for a strong interest in sales, a solid understanding of online media, and a focus on delivering measurable value for both clients and the business. You will work closely with customers to understand their priorities, turn business needs into practical advertising strategies, and contribute to growth in a fast-changing market.

The team supports some of the world’s leading advertisers by helping them navigate shifts in the digital landscape and by selling a broad range of advertising products across search, video, display, apps, measurement, and more. The work involves collaborating with internal partners, influencing strategy, and driving outcomes that matter to large global businesses.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, an online media setting, or digital marketing.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English for client-facing communication across the region.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in managing digital ad campaigns, especially performance-focused marketing.
  • Experience with Google advertising products such as Search, YouTube, Display, or Apps, along with data analysis work.
  • Good understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and online marketing strategy.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales environment and working toward quota-based growth targets.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across multicultural, cross-functional teams, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and research skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with current advertising clients while building a clear understanding of their goals, business needs, and challenges.
  • Spot opportunities within the existing account base, rank priorities, respond to objections, and review how campaigns are performing.
  • Advise clients on strategies that support both local and international marketing objectives.
  • Look for ways to improve campaign results and help increase return on investment.
  • Partner with internal teams to support pipeline growth and stay current with product and technology updates.

Compensation and Benefits

The role is based in Ireland and offers a salary of €76,000 to €78,000 per year, plus a 35% bonus target, equity, and benefits. Pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
