Role Summary
As an Account Manager focused on hospitality, you will own relationships with hotel clients, support account growth, and help improve commercial performance. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys client partnership work, understands performance improvement, and can approach account challenges with a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with hotel clients and serve as their main day-to-day contact.
- Review account performance and put plans in place to improve results and increase revenue.
- Handle negotiations on pricing and commercial terms to support outcomes that work for both sides.
- Support Account Executives with administrative work, including outreach and account coordination.
- Work alongside teams such as business development and customer support to make sure client needs are handled smoothly.
- Use CRM platforms, including tools like HubSpot, to maintain account information and monitor sales activity.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, especially within hotel revenue, reservations, or leisure sales.
- Working knowledge of the hospitality sector and online travel platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
- B2B sales exposure is considered an advantage.
- Interest in continuous learning and development in B2B sales practices.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Comfort working in a busy, multi-tasking environment.
- Availability to work US/EST hours.
