Role overview

Barista & Co is looking for a driven Account Manager to help accelerate growth across premium retail, outdoor, and fashion channels. This is a high-ownership role focused on selling professional-grade drinkware and coffee hardware designed for durability and long-term use. You will work directly with the Founder and play a central part in shaping the brand’s repositioning and the launch of new product ranges.

What you’ll do

Your remit covers new business development, account growth, and partnership-led sales. You’ll use lead-generation tools and inbound opportunities to build a strong pipeline, connect with key buyers, and move deals through to close. You’ll also manage co-branded customisation projects, making sure commercial terms and pricing remain strong throughout.

The role is primarily remote, but you should expect to represent the business at around two major trade shows each year, as well as travel for sample deliveries and meetings with important retail partners.

You’ll need to balance growth with margin protection, keeping a close eye on pricing structures and retail economics. Success here means not just winning accounts, but doing so in a way that preserves profitability and supports long-term brand value.

This position is ideal for someone who understands the mindset of category buyers and has sold into mid-sized or larger retailers before. You should be comfortable in a small team, willing to step into tasks outside pure sales when needed, and confident using CRM systems to keep records accurate and outreach disciplined. A calm, professional style and the ability to know when to push for the close are both important.

What’s on offer

The package includes a £35,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings in the £45,000 to £50,000 range. You’ll also receive direct mentorship from the Founder, flexibility to work from home, and the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the business expands.
