Job Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and customer service within a designated territory, focusing on Data services (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line business. This role acts as the primary contact point for customers across these three business lines and aims to increase both Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) in existing and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services installations.
- Identify and secure new accounts for all three service lines through proactive outreach.
- Cross-sell multiple product lines to both existing and new clients.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across all lines of business with appropriate maturity levels.
- Stay informed of competitor strategies and gather market intelligence to support sales interventions.
- Analyze competitors’ customer offerings to tailor sales approaches for different client segments.
Role Details
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximize company revenue.
- Grow the business by upselling and cross-selling to current customers.
- Ensure prompt and effective delivery of solutions to meet client requirements.
Candidate Profile and Qualification
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Experience: Between 1 and 5 years.
- Age limit: Up to 30 years.
- Ideal candidates come from ISP, System Integrators (e.g., HP/Dell), Field Sales Engineers in Telecom, Wireline, IT/ITeS, BFSI sectors, or any role involving relationship-based selling.
