About the role
In this position, you will work with a broad mix of existing advertising customers, helping each one identify the most effective advertising approach for their goals. The role combines sales, client management, and digital advertising expertise, with a strong focus on supporting small and medium-sized businesses as they grow through Google’s advertising products and solutions. You will represent Google to a portfolio of clients, listen carefully to their business needs, and help shape strategies that connect their products and services with large audiences.
Google Customer Solutions teams act as trusted advisors and strong commercial partners, keeping customer success at the center of everything they do. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with business owners, influencing growth outcomes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Compensation in Ireland is €60,000 to €61,500 per year, plus a 30% bonus target, equity, and benefits. Pay is influenced by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience is required.
- You should have background experience in digital sales, account or client management, customer service, business development, client outreach, marketing, consulting, digital advertising, or a closely related area.
- You must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish when working with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in new business sales and business analysis is valued.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across international environments and managing both internal and external stakeholders is preferred.
- You should be able to handle multiple priorities at once, manage several projects simultaneously, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset, leadership ability, motivation, and strong teamwork skills are important.
- You need solid problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think strategically when building business recommendations, action plans, and ideas for improving internal processes.
- A strong history of managing and tailoring experiences for a customer base is desirable.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships while supporting customers in reaching their business objectives.
- Help the team meet quarterly sales targets through consistent performance and strong execution.
- Prepare customer presentations and proposals that are customized to each client’s performance goals and aligned with shared business outcomes.
- Identify practical ways to strengthen client partnerships, share performance-led recommendations, and encourage adoption of Google products.
- Analyze data to generate clear insights and use those insights to provide strategic and tactical guidance to customers.
