About the role
The Account Manager, Bulk is responsible for managing an assigned territory with the goal of improving revenue and profitability. The role combines key account management with the acquisition of new customers, and reports to the Manager - Sales.
Key responsibilities
- Drive prospecting efforts to create fresh business opportunities.
- Present Air Liquide’s selected solutions to both prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the business development team to progress opportunities.
- Plan and schedule customer visits in line with defined objectives.
- Build and maintain strong commercial and technical relationships within customer organizations.
- Support market visibility and contribute to development planning.
- Protect the existing customer base from competitive pressure, including gas and non-gas competitors.
- Handle customer pricing in line with business requirements.
- Ensure timely payment collection and work toward target achievement.
- Gather competitor information strictly in accordance with Air Liquide’s code of conduct.
- Participate in industry events and training sessions as required.

Education and experience
Applicants should hold a BE degree in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or Chemical engineering. The role expects 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with a proven record of success.
