Job Overview
The Account Manager will take full charge of executing client strategies for assigned accounts while fostering client relationships as the main point of contact. This role demands ensuring client satisfaction and retention by embodying the values and principles of V+O Albania | SEC Newgate. The individual will provide expert advice, manage deliverables, meet KPIs and targets, and act as a company ambassador internally and externally.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships, focusing on satisfaction, growth, and retention.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans for accounts.
- Act as project leader managing accounts, tracking KPIs, generating reports, and recommending improvements.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and offer suitable solutions aligned with both immediate and future goals.
- Create all copywriting content—including press releases, Q&A documents, interviews, and speeches—to support agreed strategies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with media and other stakeholders, serving as primary contact for relevant groups.
- Supervise clients' press office operations under the guidance of the General Manager.
- Organize daily deliverables and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor strategies and manage issues or crisis response, producing necessary materials such as Q&A or statements as directed.
- Guide and mentor junior staff members in alignment with company values and leadership principles.
- Coordinate cooperation with external service providers, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues across V+O Group | SEC Newgate to deliver integrated services for accounts.
- Complete client documentation and project files timely, complying with internal procedures.
- Manage account budgets by preparing estimates, regularly tracking expenditures, and monitoring invoicing and related administration monthly per company policy.
- Ensure consistent application of all corporate policies within the scope of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Business Administration, Media Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Advertising.
- Postgraduate qualification in Business Communications.
- Between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 to 4 years at a PR firm or corporate affairs department, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
