Job Purpose
This role is for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive who can pair client account ownership with strong data analysis. The position focuses on managing important customer relationships, tracking account health, and turning business data into practical recommendations that help improve growth, customer experience, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Build and sustain productive relationships with major clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the main contact for client questions, requests, and follow-ups.
- Track account performance and work to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Create and present business reviews, client updates, presentations, and account reports.
- Spot opportunities to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure products and services are delivered on time.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Gather, review, and interpret sales, customer, and operational information.
- Build and update dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
- Use data to identify trends, patterns, and commercial opportunities.
- Prepare regular reporting on sales results, account performance, and revenue trends.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
- Maintain accurate, reliable, and consistent data across systems.
Business Support
- Provide leadership with clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving retention and profitability.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts using data-led analysis.
- Partner with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams on key projects.
- Track KPIs and suggest corrective actions when performance falls short of targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline is required.
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in account management, business analysis, data analysis, or a comparable role.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and stay organized.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
