Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive for a full-time remote position. The individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels, identifying potential business opportunities, and accomplishing designated sales targets.

The role involves overseeing client accounts, cultivating and sustaining robust customer partnerships, performing market research, preparing detailed reports, and closely collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and promote business expansion. Successful candidates should be comfortable with frequent remote communication involving clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or business development roles
• Excellent interpersonal capabilities to develop and maintain strong client connections
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to evaluate market trends and develop effective strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organized, with keen attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Previous experience in the food and beverage sector is advantageous
