Job description

Role Overview

This position is for an Account Executive based in Mohali, India, with responsibilities spanning accounting, statutory compliance, payroll, and administrative coordination for directors.

Accounting and Compliance

  • Handle routine accounting entries and maintain day-to-day books accurately.
  • Support GST reconciliation and complete GST filing activities on time.
  • Ensure TDS-related compliance is tracked and executed properly.
  • Manage payroll processing tasks with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with calendar coordination and scheduling support for directors.
  • Take care of office administration tasks related to the director's requirements.
  • Maintain documentation, records, and filing systems in an organized manner.
