Role Overview
The Talent Account Executive will work on identifying and developing new business opportunities, handling inbound interest, and proactively reaching out to target accounts across the assigned region. The role involves recommending the most suitable technology and corporate recruiting solutions while maintaining a client-first approach and aiming to meet or exceed quota.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong sales pipeline through persistent prospecting and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and provide clear, dependable forecasts to management.
- Consistently win new business at or above target levels.
- Plan territory strategy, execute it effectively, and share competitive intelligence with the relevant teams.
- Support teammates with coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback when opportunities for improvement arise.
- Help establish and spread best practices that can support the wider team.
- Bring market feedback to product and marketing teams so offerings can improve.
- Take initiative to solve issues beyond your immediate scope and step up for additional responsibilities as needed.
- Look for ways to lead and contribute to the organization’s broader goals.
- Be prepared for travel, which is expected to account for about 40% of working time.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience with solution-based selling.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and sell across different decision-makers.
- Background in selling SaaS products or services.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools.
- Comfort managing relationships with CXOs and large enterprise accounts.
- Working knowledge of software contract terms and the ability to structure balanced deals.
- Strong skills in negotiation and forecasting.
- Proven success in identifying, managing, and closing senior-level business in a highly proactive sales environment.
- Ability to evaluate opportunities using data and use those insights to influence decisions.
- Capacity to juggle many active prospects while positioning offerings against direct and indirect competitors.
