Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated PR professional with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our Bangalore team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about startups who wishes to collaborate closely with founders to shape compelling narratives for emerging technologies such as AI, Generative AI, Voice AI, SaaS, and enterprise tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison managing end-to-end communications and establishing strong, trusted relationships with startup founders and leadership.
- Formulate strategic PR campaigns, develop engaging media pitches, and craft impactful stories tailored to the AI, GenAI, Voice AI, SaaS, and enterprise technology sectors.
- Implement proactive media engagement strategies, achieve significant media coverage, and maintain robust connections with journalists specializing in startups, business, and technology.
- Produce high-quality press releases, pitches, articles, and thought leadership pieces.
- Identify emerging newsworthy stories, analyze industry patterns, and spot strategic media opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 4 years of experience in public relations, ideally within agencies serving startup and tech clients.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of the startup ecosystem and evolving technologies such as AI, GenAI, SaaS, and B2B enterprise tech.
- Maintain established relationships with media outlets across key startup, technology, and mainstream business publications.
- Exhibit exceptional writing, communication, storytelling, client servicing, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
- Be self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication in any specialization or any other graduate degree.
