Role overview
Meltwater is seeking an experienced Account Executive to help expand its SaaS business by winning new clients and growing existing accounts. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role focuses on the mid-market segment and requires someone who can run a full sales cycle with confidence, commercial discipline, and a strong customer focus.

What you will do
- Spot and pursue new opportunities in the mid-market segment using outreach efforts supported by the Business Development and Marketing teams.
- Deliver engaging product demos and persuasive presentations that clearly communicate the value of Meltwater’s solutions.
- Create proposals tailored to client needs while aiming to exceed expectations and build long-term relationships.
- Guide prospects through solution evaluation and pricing discussions as a trusted advisor throughout the buying process.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Look for upsell opportunities and continue managing accounts after the initial sale to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Consistently work toward and exceed revenue targets while closing deals at competitive prices.
- Partner with internal teams to support smooth implementation and deliver a strong customer experience.
What you should bring
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation ability and the confidence to explain complex value propositions clearly.
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
- The ability to manage accounts and identify opportunities to expand revenue.
- Initiative in prospecting and generating leads.
- Strong organization skills for managing the sales and purchasing process.
- The ability to work well with internal teams to support client success.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, with 3 days per week in the office.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of hire.
