About the Role
This opportunity is for a motivated Account Executive who can generate new business for a fast-growing Customer Experience SaaS platform. The role suits a salesperson who thrives in hunting for net-new accounts, working through complex deal cycles, and closing strategic opportunities. You will manage the complete sales journey, supported by guidance and coaching from experienced sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire new-business sales process, from outbound outreach and discovery to demonstration, value proposition development, negotiation, and closure.
- Create a strong and varied pipeline through targeted outbound activity and inventive prospecting.
- Run well-structured discovery calls that uncover customer challenges, measure business impact, and connect solutions to commercial outcomes.
- Apply the MEDDIC framework to qualify opportunities and move deals forward.
- Build customized value cases that show clear ROI and customer benefit.
- Deliver product demos that link platform capabilities to real customer problems.
- Work with several stakeholders involved in buying decisions.
- Keep CRM records accurate, maintain healthy deal data, and support reliable forecasting.
- Handle commercial negotiation and close contracts while safeguarding pricing discipline.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve deal outcomes.

Required Experience
- 2 to 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in Customer Experience, CX, or a related category.
- A proven history of achieving or exceeding quota in a new-business, hunter-focused role.
- Working knowledge of MEDDIC or MEDDPICC, with willingness to deepen expertise.
- Experience selling to SMB or mid-market customers.
- Strong outbound prospecting capability, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Ability to conduct structured, outcome-driven discovery discussions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience with sales cycles lasting 1 to 3 months and 3 to 6 months.
