About the Role
Join Plexa as the Founding Account Executive in New Zealand, spearheading the company's entry into a new market. Plexa has established itself as one of Australia's rapidly expanding construction technology platforms, integrating AI-driven features in project management, safety, quality, finance, defects tracking, documentation, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate and build relationships with leading commercial builders in New Zealand.
- Develop and independently manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch.
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead negotiation processes to close deals.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and Australian teams to tailor strategies for the New Zealand market.
- Establish yourself as the primary point of contact and trusted representative for Plexa among customers in New Zealand.
Candidate Profile
- Possess strong credibility and established connections within New Zealand's construction sector.
- Experienced in selling enterprise-level or construction-related technology solutions.
- Motivated by acquiring new business rather than managing existing accounts.
- Comfortable engaging with varied stakeholders, including Project Managers, Site Managers, Commercial Managers, Operations teams, and Executives.
- Desires an entrepreneurial role that involves building a new market presence rather than inheriting a mature territory.
