Job description
About the Company
Netwrix Corporation is dedicated to transforming data security with a strong focus on identity-based solutions, providing critical insight and management for organizations worldwide. With a workforce of over 900 motivated professionals and a widespread partner network, the company supports more than 13,500 global clients. Netwrix has steadily grown over two decades through organic expansion, innovation, and targeted acquisitions. With investments from prominent private equity partners, the company fosters a predominantly remote work environment, while promoting regular collaboration with colleagues, clients, and channel partners.
Role Summary
Netwrix is searching for an accomplished Account Executive fluent in Arabic to oversee and grow a defined territory in the Middle East, including a primary focus on the UAE and surrounding GCC markets. This role is for a proactive and results-driven sales professional with extensive experience in large-scale enterprise software or cybersecurity sales. The ideal candidate excels under pressure, independently manages high-value, complex sales cycles above $1M, and has a proven ability to build and manage a strong pipeline for consistent enterprise growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and own the territory growth plan across UAE and GCC, identifying both new business and expansion opportunities within the enterprise and upper mid-market segment.
- Aggressively build and manage a robust sales pipeline through a mix of direct prospecting, event participation, partner enablement, and executive networking to maintain a value multiple in relation to targets.
- Drive the complete sales lifecycle—including prospecting, needs discovery, solution demonstration, stakeholder management, negotiation, and contract finalization—targeted primarily at deals exceeding $1M.
- Cultivate strong multithreaded relationships with customers, spanning CISOs, CIOs, board-level executives, and technical buyers.
- Collaborate closely with channel partners (distributors, VARs, MSSPs, system integrators) to maximize co-selling efforts, expand partner-led opportunities, and grow the organization's reach in the region.
- Work in tandem with internal teams such as pre-sales engineering, marketing, and customer success to drive demand generation, ensure client onboarding, and secure client renewals and expansions.
- Maintain and report accurate pipeline status and sales forecasts, utilizing platforms such as Salesforce.
- Stay knowledgeable about MEA cybersecurity trends, compliance standards (GDPR, UAE PDPL, ISO 27001, NIST, NCA/SAMA), and the competitive landscape to effectively differentiate Netwrix's offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Residing in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE, with authorization to work in the region.
- 10–12 years’ direct experience in enterprise software sales, specifically with software vendors (not consultancy/services).
- Consistent achievement of high-value quotas ($2M–$5M+), with a history of closing software deals exceeding $1M ARR.
- Deep understanding and established relationships within the MEA enterprise IT and cybersecurity space, including VARs, distributors, and integrators.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including identity governance, data access management, privileged access, Active Directory security, DLP, and DSPM.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Advanced communication, executive-level presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Open to regular travel across the MEA region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in selling cybersecurity software in highly regulated industries such as finance, government, energy, or healthcare.
- Expertise in SaaS/subscription models and ability to articulate TCO/ROI.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity vendor.
- Connections with senior security leadership in GCC enterprises or the public sector.
Company Values and Culture
- Relentless commitment to customer success and continuous improvement.
- Emphasis on collaboration, integrity, and open communication.
- A culture that rewards innovation, clear thinking, and ownership.
- Focus on industry-leading expertise and learning opportunities.
- Supportive, diverse, and team-oriented work environment.
Benefits and Additional Information
- Comprehensive health benefits.
- Continuous learning and professional development programs.
- Collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Periodic company-wide meetings and transparent communication.
- Opportunities for advancement and career growth.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity for all candidates.
- Reasonable accommodations provided when necessary.
