LinkedIn is hiring an Account Executive for its Sales Solutions team in Dublin. This position supports the LinkedIn Sales Solutions business, which helps B2B customers adopt a deep sales approach using Sales Navigator, customer intelligence, and GenAI-powered insights. The goal is to help sales teams build stronger connections, improve productivity, and create higher-performing sales organizations.
This role is based in Dublin and follows a hybrid working model, with time split between home and a LinkedIn office depending on business needs.
Role overview
As an Account Executive, you will own the full new-business sales process for SMB and mid-market accounts in the Benelux region. The role is focused on generating demand, running discovery conversations, building relationships, negotiating terms, and closing new deals. A strong hunter mindset is important, along with the ability to guide customers through modern sales practices and position LinkedIn’s solutions as a strategic business advantage.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and execute a strategic plan for your SMB and mid-market portfolio to deliver revenue goals.
- Identify prospects, uncover needs, negotiate opportunities, and close deals across the Benelux market.
- Own the full sales cycle and contribute directly to revenue growth within your territory.
- Consistently achieve and surpass the business and revenue targets in your plan.
- Encourage customers, teammates, and yourself to adopt a modern B2B sales approach supported by productivity tools and GenAI.
- Keep strengthening your sales capability through coaching and training while sharing effective practices with the wider team.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience closing sales and contributing to revenue growth.
- Evidence of building a strong sales pipeline.
- Ability to work toward a quota and outperform target expectations.
- Experience handling complex business sales and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence and confidence speaking with C-level stakeholders.
- Capability to recognize opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close business.
- Comfort using data and insights to guide sales decisions.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior sales stakeholders.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders within one account to gain alignment.
- Background selling SaaS, CRM, or software platform products is preferred.
