Founded by former Rocket Lab engineers, Partly has rapidly expanded and secured a $50 million Series B funding led by DST Global and other notable investors.
About the Role
In the role of Account Executive focused on New Zealand repairers, you will drive growth locally by recruiting independent repairers onto the Partly platform, transforming their parts procurement process. Reporting to the VP of ANZ, you will be wholly responsible for managing your pipeline, proactively hunting leads, demonstrating the product, and closing deals within your territory. This role demands high outbound activity to convert cold prospects into active users with an emphasis on scaling repairer launches throughout 2026.

- Manage and grow the New Zealand independent repairer segment by building strong relationships and leveraging local supplier networks.
- Effectively communicate technical aspects of the product in terms of tangible value such as time savings and improved procurement efficiency.
- Adopt consultative selling by advising repairers on procurement workflows and confidently addressing objections using infrastructure-first messaging emphasizing repairer ownership.
- Engage in high-volume outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms to establish a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth deal handoffs and rapid activation.
- Maintain disciplined CRM management with accurate forecasting, risk communication, and consistent follow-up on active opportunities.
- Provide feedback loops to Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams by sharing insights on customer objections and operational nuances to optimize conversion rates.
Candidate Profile & Skills
- 2-4+ years of proven success as a Sales Development Representative or Account Executive in B2B SaaS environments with strong software sales acumen.
- Proficient using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and modern prospecting tools like Apollo and Surfe, leveraging data for efficiency.
- Resilient and proactive attitude towards in-person meetings and calls, able to convert objections into value-driven discussions.
- Process-oriented with capability to manage a fast-moving sales pipeline while suggesting process improvements.
- Strong communicator able to engage senior stakeholders confidently with polished proposals and technical pitching skills.
- Demonstrates technical curiosity by learning repairer systems such as BMS and invoicing to inform practical implementation.
- Growth mindset characterized by continual learning, feedback incorporation, and incremental personal improvement.
- A sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and accountability for delivering results.
Please note that candidates lacking some listed experience but who can demonstrate exceptional potential are encouraged to apply.
Benefits
- Nutritious catered lunches available daily at offices in Auckland, Christchurch, London, and Austin, complemented by accessible snacks and drinks.
- An annual wellness allowance around $1,500 to support health and wellbeing expenses including gym memberships and medical costs.
