Role Summary

The Talent Account Executive will drive new business growth by identifying client opportunities, handling inbound interest, and proactively reaching out to prospects across the assigned region. The position involves targeting companies and teams, recommending the right technology solutions, and selling recruitment-related corporate offerings while keeping the client’s best interests in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and maintain complete transparency with management about pipeline progress.
  • Secure new business on an ongoing basis at or above target levels.
  • Create and execute a territory plan, while recording and sharing competitive market intelligence.
  • Support teammates through coaching, guidance, and knowledge-sharing whenever improvement opportunities arise.
  • Help define and spread best practices that strengthen the team’s overall performance.
  • Gather market feedback and communicate useful insights to product and marketing groups.
  • Take initiative to solve problems beyond the immediate scope of the role and step up when new responsibilities emerge.
  • Look for opportunities to lead and contribute toward broader business goals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
  • Experience with solution-based selling.
  • Ability to sell across multiple stakeholders within an organization.
  • Background in selling SaaS products or services.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage CXO relationships and large enterprise accounts.
  • Understanding of software contract terms and conditions, with the ability to structure balanced deals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and reliable forecasting capability.
  • Proven success in identifying, managing, and closing senior-level opportunities in a consultative or evangelist-style sales environment.
  • Ability to evaluate business opportunities using data and influence decisions effectively.
  • Comfort handling many prospect situations at once while positioning products against direct and indirect competitors.
