Role overview
The company is hiring a Talent Solutions Account Executive to identify new client opportunities, create fresh business, and support recruitment-focused corporate solutions. The role includes handling incoming leads as well as proactive outbound prospecting across the assigned region. You will approach target organizations and teams strategically, recommend suitable technology and staffing-related solutions, and work toward quota while keeping the client’s best interest at the center of every deal.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong sales pipeline through persistent prospecting and develop trusted relationships with potential clients.
- Prepare dependable forecasts and maintain clear, honest communication with management about pipeline progress.
- Consistently win new business at or above target levels.
- Plan and carry out a territory strategy while recording and sharing competitor insights.
- Support teammates with coaching and guidance whenever improvement opportunities arise.
- Help define and spread best practices that strengthen the team’s overall performance.
- Gather market feedback and relay useful insights to product and marketing stakeholders.
- Take initiative in solving problems, even when they fall outside your immediate scope, and step up for new responsibilities as they appear.
- Look for opportunities to lead and contribute to the company’s broader goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Professional fluency in both German and English.
- Prior exposure to recruiting, recruitment media, or HR software is preferred.
- Experience selling SaaS products is preferred.
- Background in selling IT or recruiting solutions is preferred.
- Understanding of software contract terms and conditions, with the ability to structure fair deals, is preferred.
- Strong negotiation capability and accurate forecasting skills are preferred.
- Proven success in identifying, managing, and closing high-value business opportunities in a consultative sales environment is preferred.
- Ability to evaluate opportunities using data and use that information to influence decisions and stakeholders is preferred.
- Comfort managing many prospect situations at the same time while advancing deals effectively is preferred.
