The Role
We are expanding our sales division by hiring a dedicated Account Executive (AE) for the EMEA region. This position is ideal for a dynamic, high-achieving individual with proven experience in selling technology products, particularly SaaS, through remote channels like phone, email, and web presentations. The role is suited for an ambitious professional with several years of sales experience, potentially as an SDR or junior AE, who is ready to transition into a full-cycle Account Executive position. The successful candidate will manage the EMEA book of business, collaborating closely with the existing representative for a smooth territory handover and knowledge sharing. This is a fully remote opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive sales of Digify products to small and medium-sized businesses (SMB), mid-market, and occasionally enterprise clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers rapidly through phone and video interactions.
- Assess and understand prospective clients' requirements, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse business cultures, languages, and purchasing contexts across EMEA.
- Provide tailored solution recommendations and conduct product demonstrations as needed, acting as a trusted consultant.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product and marketing departments.
- Effectively manage and prioritize inbound leads from various sources, including trial signups, general inquiries, and RFP/quote requests, based on fit and urgency.
- Execute efficient deal follow-ups, utilizing recorded calls for crafting follow-up emails, developing mutual action plans, and conducting deal reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM (Hubspot) and report trends, objections, competitive intelligence, and other relevant data to the team.
- Employ a structured methodology, such as MEDDPICC & BANT, to qualify deals and communicate progress using a standardized framework.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong history of successfully selling SaaS or cloud software solutions.
- Exhibit comfort in selling across diverse international markets, with an understanding of data protection concerns relevant to our client conversations.
- Possess robust skills in sales qualification.
- Clearly and concisely communicate technical concepts, catering to both technical and non-technical stakeholders among Digify buyers.
- Maintain excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, including phone and presentation abilities. Proficiency in additional European languages, such as German or French, is advantageous.
- Effectively build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Balance educational selling with closing deals.
- Exhibit disciplined deal management, adeptly handling a consistent flow of trial signups and inbound queries while allocating sufficient time for pipeline development, demos, and closing.
- Actively integrate AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) daily into your workflow for tasks such as call preparation, research, prospecting, follow-ups, and CRM data entry.
