Account Executive, Commercial - Middle East/Africa

Role Summary

We seek a New Business Commercial Account Executive to advance our presence in the Middle East and Africa regions. This full-time role is based in Dublin or London offices with a hybrid work schedule requiring presence two days weekly. The position emphasizes proactive outbound prospecting, pipeline ownership, and consultative sales conversations focusing on data-driven solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and engage prospective commercial clients through outbound initiatives.
• Manage and close your sales pipeline across the assigned Middle East/Africa territory.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand clients’ data challenges and align solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partners.
• Develop robust relationships with technology partners and system integrators in the region.
• Contribute to enhancing sales strategies as the company scales operations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years in SaaS or technology sales with demonstrated quota overachievement.
• Proficient in outbound sales including lead generation and initial customer engagement.
• Capability to discuss technical aspects and establish credibility with data and engineering stakeholders.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills managing lengthier sales cycles.
• team player with a growth mindset eager to contribute actively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling data platforms, analytics tools, infrastructure, or developer-centric products.
• Familiarity with partner-driven sales models or co-selling approaches.
• Understanding of cloud technology platforms and modern data stack components.
• Prior experience working in the Middle East and Africa market.
• Fluency in Arabic language is an advantage.
