Job description
About the Company
The company behind this role builds a collaborative AI workspace designed to help teams and agents work together in one place. The platform brings knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into a single environment so work can happen with less friction and more clarity. It is used by individuals, small teams, and enterprise organizations.
Employees are expected to act as “customer zero,” helping shape the future of work through strong product craft, durable solutions, and a belief that effective work remains deeply human. The broader mission is to set the benchmark for how people collaborate in the AI era, from creating a business’s system of record to building and managing AI agents and reducing repetitive work.
Role Overview
This Dublin-based opening is for a full-cycle Account Executive focused on new customer acquisition and account expansion within the Commercial SMB segment. The role calls for a seller who can handle the entire sales motion end to end, from prospecting and discovery to demos, solution alignment, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining strong outbound activity and a fast pace.
You will engage with senior technical and business stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, VP Product, and VP Engineering. Success in this position requires the ability to build product fluency around technical use cases, including APIs, data, developer tooling, infrastructure, and AI or agentic workflows.
What You Will Do
- Take an outbound-led approach to create new pipeline quickly and build momentum within target accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution fit, demonstrations, stakeholder coordination, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Lead discovery conversations that surface business goals and technical needs, then convert them into a strong value proposition.
- Run live demos and customize the story for each customer, including light solution planning such as workspace structure, permission setup, rollout strategy, and integrations to remove adoption barriers.
- Work through commercial-stage buying requirements such as security review, legal approval, and procurement with help from internal partners.
- Maintain reliable forecasting and execute with speed and consistency to stay on or above quota.
- Collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to feed customer insights back into the business.
Candidate Profile
The role is suited to someone with 1 to 3 years of closing experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role, or a closely related role with meaningful exposure to closing. You should have a track record of consistent performance, comfort selling to technical decision-makers, and the ability to connect product value to business outcomes and ROI.
Strong outbound habits, creative pipeline generation, and the ability to move deals through discovery, demos, and close are essential. You should also be comfortable handling multi-stakeholder sales processes and influencing across complex customer organizations.
High learning agility matters here, especially the ability to absorb technical concepts quickly and explain them clearly. The company also expects a practical, hands-on approach to AI, along with comfort working in ambiguity and helping shape commercial practices in the CEE market.
Fluency in English and Polish is required. A willingness to use AI tools to improve personal productivity is important, though deep AI expertise is not mandatory for every role.
Preferred Experience
- Background selling with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models.
- Prior exposure to APIs, developer tools, data, infrastructure, or AI products.
- Experience as an early sales hire in a fast-growing startup.
- Fluency in Czech.
Compensation and Benefits
The organization offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. For this role, the estimated total on-target earnings, including base pay and incentive compensation, are €130,000 per year. Final compensation may vary depending on location, scope of the position, and the candidate’s experience and expertise.
AI Philosophy
The company expects employees to be intellectually curious, open to experimentation, and eager to use AI as a practical collaborator in their work. In some roles, AI fluency may be explicitly required; in this position, the emphasis is on curiosity and a willingness to adopt AI tools to work more effectively.
Equal Opportunity and Accommodations
The employer is committed to hiring people from a wide range of backgrounds and encourages candidates to apply even if they do not meet every requirement. Employment decisions are made without discrimination based on any legally protected characteristic. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records may be considered in accordance with applicable law.
Reasonable accommodations are available during the application process for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans. Candidates who need support should inform their recruiter.
Hiring decisions do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, pregnancy, marital status, ancestry, disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other legally protected characteristics.
