Account Executive (CA Inter) - Kilpauk

Job Overview

We seek a qualified CA Inter candidate to manage comprehensive accounting functions including GST, TDS, bank reconciliation statements (BRS), ledger maintenance, and statutory compliance. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting audits, compiling MIS reports, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and finalise accounting records ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.
• Perform detailed bank reconciliation, ledger updates, and generate trial balances and financial statements.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports to facilitate decision-making.
• Handle both accounts payables and receivables efficiently to maintain financial flow.
• Support audit processes and ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be CA Inter qualified with a solid grasp of accounting principles and financial management.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax norms.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation statements, general ledger, trial balance, and financial statement preparation.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, and proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills relevant to finance and accounting.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should hold a degree in B.Com (Account and Finance), any graduate degree, or B.B.A./B.M.S. focusing on Finance or Finance and Marketing.
