Role Overview
This role demands a high level of ownership and impact. As an Account Executive based in Melbourne or Sydney, you will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, engaging clients in ANZ and Asia-Pacific regions, and promoting Pebl's global employment solutions for companies scaling internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio and design strategic account plans to acquire new clients, retain existing accounts, and drive growth in ANZ and APAC markets.
- Actively prospect by utilizing outbound campaigns, partnerships, and your network to identify and close sales opportunities, particularly targeting Australian and New Zealand enterprises expanding their global workforce.
- Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Develop thorough expertise in Pebl's platform, the ANZ employment environment, and relevant compliance and HR aspects such as the Fair Work Act, superannuation, and cross-border employment regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and leadership teams to optimize client outcomes across ANZ and APAC time zones.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to influence Pebl’s go-to-market strategies and maintain competitive advantage in the region.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum three years of experience in B2B SaaS or professional services sales, preferably within mid-market or commercial sectors with a proven record of meeting sales quotas.
- Located in Melbourne or Sydney with legal eligibility to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa holder).
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals with measurable achievements.
- Adopts a consultative and strategic sales methodology, emphasizing diagnosis and long-term client value.
- Strong commercial insight with the ability to clearly communicate complex global employment concepts to clients.
- Comfortable engaging across diverse cultures, regions, and time zones, especially within ANZ and Asia-Pacific.
- Resilient with a strong ownership mentality, able to stay composed under pressure and accountable for results.
- Willing to travel approximately 20% within the region to nurture client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree preferred though emphasis is placed on demonstrated impact and performance.
