Job Overview
We are seeking a committed and meticulous Executive Accountant & Back Office Administrator to join and support our Accounts and Operations teams. The individual in this role will collaborate extensively with the front office, managing daily accounting responsibilities, office administration tasks, customer query resolution, order processing, and coordination of dispatch activities.
Candidate Profile
This position suits a person who is well-organized, accountable, computer savvy, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience
- Between one to three years of relevant experience in accounting, back-office functions, administrative roles, or as an office executive.
- Prior experience in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and organizing dispatch logistics is advantageous.
