Role Overview

This position is suited for a detail-oriented Account Executive who can manage routine accounting and documentation tasks while supporting internal coordination and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data accurately in Excel sheets.
• Prepare invoices and ensure records are updated properly.
• Handle purchase and sales entries as part of day-to-day accounting work.
• Coordinate with vendors for operational follow-ups and related communication.
• Support basic accounting activities and ensure transaction records are organized.
• Manage documentation, sorting, and filing of office records.
• Respond to and manage routine email communication.
• Prepare MIS reports as required.

Candidate Profile

• Working knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
• Candidates with a B.Com, BBA, or another graduate degree are preferred.
• Exposure to Tally will be considered an added advantage.
• A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities is expected.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to any graduate.

Compensation

The annual package offered is in the range of INR 2,50,000 to INR 3,00,000.
