About the role

This position is for a senior Media Account Director who can own the client relationship across media and connect strategy, creativity, digital expertise, and commercial judgment to create measurable business value.

You will serve as a senior trusted advisor to the client and a steady anchor for the internal team, helping ensure the work stays sharp, the thinking remains forward-looking, and the partnership continues to strengthen.

Key focus areas

  • Lead media relationships with clients in an agency or consulting setting.
  • Bring together strategic thinking, creativity, digital capability, and commercial awareness.
  • Stay close to execution and performance while still steering at a strategic level.
  • Present ideas clearly and influence senior stakeholders with confidence.
  • Understand how media spend connects to wider business results.
  • Support and develop team members through practical leadership.
  • Work with curiosity, pragmatism, and a low-ego, collaborative style.
