The Go To Market team facilitates customers in adopting and utilizing advanced AI products in their businesses. The team consists of professionals in Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnerships collaborating to deliver impactful AI solutions widely.

Role Overview

This role within the Sales team aims to assist customers in recognizing the transformative impact of advanced AI models on their businesses and users. It combines technical knowledge, strategic vision, partnership building, and value-oriented planning. Based in Singapore with a hybrid work model (three days onsite weekly), this position offers relocation support for new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a focused set of major accounts by devising and implementing detailed account strategies.
• Guide enterprise prospects throughout the sales cycle from initial evaluation to successful AI deployment.
• Collaborate with solutions experts and research engineers to design and deliver complex customer initiatives.
• Be responsible for meeting consumption-based revenue objectives.
• Manage forecasting for consumption-driven revenues.
• Analyze account performance metrics to generate insightful reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of market dynamics, including personnel, competitors, and partners, to influence product development and corporate strategies.
• Work closely across multiple departments including solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering teams.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding colleagues.
• Contribute to the cultivation of company culture.

Experience and Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience selling platform-as-a-service or software-as-a-service products to major Financial Services institutions in Southeast Asia.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Services industry trends and AI transformation challenges within the sector.
• Consistent achievement of revenue targets exceeding $2 million annually for more than three years.
• Proven ability to develop and execute intricate deal strategies.
• Experience supporting rapid growth organizations with high performance.
• Regular engagement with c-level executives.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers and internal teams.
• Leadership of high-profile customer events such as customer advisory boards, conferences, and product launches.
• Experience gathering and synthesizing complex competitive, market, customer, and industry information.
