Strong coordination ability, solid communication in Arabic and English, and a working understanding of software delivery and technical project settings are important for success.
You will work alongside the Account Manager, project teams, delivery managers, technical teams, finance teams, vendors, and client representatives to make sure actions, reports, documents, meetings, and follow-ups are completed correctly and on schedule.
Key responsibilities

- Track open actions, blockers, deadlines, approvals, submissions, and other pending items.
- Liaise with delivery teams, project managers, technical groups, finance teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Build recurring status reports, trackers, dashboards, progress summaries, and account-level updates.
- Assist in creating presentations for internal discussions, client meetings, executive reviews, and governance sessions.
- Draft meeting agendas, minutes, action registers, decision logs, and follow-up trackers.
- Monitor delivery progress, team updates, risks, issues, dependencies, and unresolved actions.
- Support customer follow-ups and help ensure client requests are recorded and handled.
- Keep files, reports, trackers, records, and supporting documents well organized and up to date.
- Coordinate invoices, purchase orders, approvals, and other finance-related paperwork.
- Make sure financial and administrative documents are completed, submitted, and followed through properly.
- Help identify, address, and close operational and administrative gaps.
- Maintain visibility on daily priorities, pending tasks, and required next steps.
- Assist with basic delivery governance activities such as weekly status updates and action monitoring.
- Work full-time onsite at the client office in Riyadh.
Requirements
- Strong ability to follow up, coordinate, and take ownership.
- Comfort working independently with limited supervision.
- Well-developed organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams, clients, vendors, and finance contacts.
- Good grasp of project-based delivery environments.
- Basic understanding of software development, technical projects, releases, incidents, change requests, and the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to produce clear reports, trackers, calculations, documentation, and presentations.
- Skill in summarizing information clearly for management and customer-facing meetings.
- Basic to good knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Positive, responsive, and supportive attitude.
- Proactive mindset focused on closing pending work without waiting for repeated instructions.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, project management, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant experience can be accepted in place of a formal degree.
The role typically needs at least 2 years of experience in project coordination, delivery coordination, account coordination, administration, reporting, finance coordination, or a similar function. Prior work in software delivery, IT services, digital platforms, or project-driven environments is preferred. They should be comfortable partnering with project, account, finance, vendor, and client stakeholders, and able to prepare clear reports, trackers, meeting notes, and presentations.
A practical understanding of software delivery discussions and the ability to summarize updates clearly are important. The person should be dependable, structured, detail-focused, and willing to help close day-to-day operational and administrative gaps while handling the pressure of a large account environment.
