Job Summary
The Account Coordinator will provide essential administrative and project management support to the Account Executive, focusing on executing marketing efforts for Baird & Warner agents. Collaborating closely with the Account Executive, this role manages agent marketing requests, aids in data compilation, executes template-based marketing materials, and ensures smooth project progression from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Executive with day-to-day agent marketing requests and manage project workflows.
- Compile mailing lists and gather market data, including MRED/InfoSparks statistics and broker activity reports.
- Create marketing designs using on-demand platforms such as Canva.
- Track and record project requests to ensure timely and accurate processing by the creative team.
- Respond to typical broker inquiries like supplying headshots, logos, and standard marketing materials.
- Facilitate project progress by managing proof feedback and approvals.
- Maintain and improve agents' Google Business profiles.
- Provide basic website setup and maintenance support for brokers.
- Order promotional items and related marketing supplies online.
- Develop and oversee internal and external forms as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Account Coordinators, especially during peak marketing periods.
- Deliver exceptional service to agents with professionalism and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Experience in a client-facing or service support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and time efficiently.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Collaborative nature supporting team objectives and fostering a positive environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in administrative support or coordination roles.
- Experience juggling multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with Canva or equivalent design tools.

Additional Information
