Role summary
G&G Outfitters’ Licensed Sports Group is hiring an early-career Account Coordinator to assist Account Executives with branded merchandise programs for professional leagues, teams, and sponsors. The position offers practical exposure to product concept development, vendor coordination, and client support, while building a pathway toward future account management responsibilities.
The role focuses on keeping projects accurate, organized, and delivered on schedule in line with the company’s commitment to a Perfect Client Experience (PCE). It is well suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
What you will do
- Help Account Executives strengthen client relationships and support the delivery of a consistent Perfect Client Experience (PCE).
- Assist in carrying projects from initial idea through final delivery, while spotting and helping address issues before they become problems.
- Support order creation, monitoring, and data upkeep to maintain accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Work with vendors to source products and contribute ideas for creative merchandise concepts.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, sourcing, production, and logistics to keep programs moving successfully.
- Keep files, documentation, and records well organized for client programs, products, and vendor activity.
- Build knowledge of company systems, workflows, and client needs as preparation for advancement into account management.

Technical requirements
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Experience with NetSuite, Ariba, Coupa, or EDI tools is preferred; training can be provided where needed.
Education and experience
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred. The employer is looking for about 1 year or more of experience in sales support, order management, or account coordination, but internships and other entry-level experience are acceptable. Exposure to vendor management, compliance, or promotional products is considered a plus.
