Role Overview

The Account Coordinator (also called Account Executive) will join our Client Solutions team to aid in managing key business projects. This role involves supporting account management through overseeing daily operations such as project tracking, budget management, and serving as a liaison for client communications to ensure project milestones and completions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor and coordinate assigned projects, including preparing internal and client status updates and maintaining timelines.
  • Assist with financial oversight of accounts, including coordinating budget preparation, updating financial tracking sheets, and managing invoice generation and issuance.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact to communicate updates and maintain client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with prior office experience advantageous.
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting internally and with clients, even under challenging circumstances.
  • Uphold client confidentiality consistently.
  • Willingness to travel as requirements arise.
  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze both written and verbal information.
  • Flexible, deadline-driven, and capable of functioning effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adapt quickly and positively to changing client requirements and conditions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Promote a positive workplace environment through cooperative communication and teamwork.
