Account and Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance existing client accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, delivering persuasive strategies and results presentations.
• Manage and oversee client projects, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Set up, continuously optimize, and analyze Meta campaigns, extracting key performance indicators to implement targeted improvements.
• Initiate new projects and collaborate on bringing innovative business ideas to fruition.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in online marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong skills with Meta Ads including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Experience in project and account management, with an aptitude for prioritizing and managing processes.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a readiness to take on responsibilities and embrace new challenges.
• High self-motivation and effective self-management abilities.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
