Accommodation Supervisor - Hotel & Apartments

Job Overview

The Brehon Hotel & Spa is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor for a full-time position requiring 32 to 39 hours weekly. This role reports directly to the Accommodation Manager and focuses on ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene across hotel accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent housekeeping standards to guests.
• Promote a guest-centric approach within the team.
• Manage the ordering of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.
• Lead the housekeeping team when the Accommodation Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff members effectively.
• Implement and uphold established operational procedures.
• Maintain composure and efficiency during rapid room turnovers.
• Be actively involved in daily tasks, leading by example.
• Oversee weekly and daily staff rostering and payroll processing.
• Report maintenance concerns using the Snap Fix system.
• Inspect rooms, apartments, and public areas regularly, promoting self-auditing practices.
• Introduce updated systems to maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure timely and efficient laundry operations.
