Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Handle the collection, distribution, and replenishment of fresh linen and towels throughout the property.
• Ensure used linen is promptly removed and returned to the laundry area.
• Work collaboratively within the team while also being capable of working independently following schedules.
• Adhere strictly to safety and security protocols across all duties.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all guest interactions.
