Key responsibilities

• Carry out detailed research and analytical work within your subject matter area, producing well-supported and trustworthy findings.
• Work with Word and PDF files at an advanced level, including tasks such as tracked edits, form completion, reviewing content, and extracting information from documents.
• Partner with teams across legal, healthcare, policy, finance, and other disciplines to support varied project requirements.
• Convert dense research material into polished reports and presentations that meet the expectations of large enterprise clients.
• Review and combine academic papers, legal records, and industry data to guide project decisions and outputs.
• Check all deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the provided guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken form with internal teams and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal work, policy, healthcare, or a closely related field.
• A master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.
• Strong hands-on experience with Word and PDF document handling, including tracked changes, formatting, review, and data extraction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Comfort working on multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-focused environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams on complex assignments.
• A track record of delivering polished, client-ready work products.
• Preferred: exposure to Fortune 500 environments.
• Preferred: experience with document workflows in legal, healthcare, policy, or financial operations.
• Preferred: active publication history or presentation experience in academic or industry settings.
