Dean Profile

Dean positions are offered across the listed schools and are intended for distinguished academicians, well-known scientists, and seasoned corporate professionals. The desired background is the same as that expected for a Professor in the relevant discipline, along with a strong record in leadership, institution building, and academic management.

• Experience of leading Indian or overseas institutions and universities
• Strong record in planning and managing academic, research, industry, and professional activities
• Proven ability to build institutions and contribute to their growth
• Substantial research output, including papers, patents, books, and technical reports
• Experience guiding postgraduate or research projects, dissertations, or industry R&D work
• Ability to lead sponsored research, consultancy, and related initiatives

Experience in a comparable leadership role is preferred.

Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor / Lecturer

Faculty roles are open in several subjects. The institution seeks candidates with strong academic credentials, proven teaching ability, and a clear research orientation. A PhD in a relevant field is required for the key selection criteria mentioned for senior faculty positions.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Outstanding scholar with a PhD and an active research profile, supported by a completed thesis and publications in reputed conferences and journals
• Strong teaching record with interdisciplinary research or project experience
• Interest and capability in industry partnerships and sponsored research
• Teaching and research experience of 5 to 10 years in a respected university, institute, or scientific organization
• Strong track record of guiding PhD scholars and completing theses
• Experience in educational innovation, curriculum design, course development, and use of MOOCs
• Excellent communication, administration, leadership, and team-building skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, demonstrations, and workshops
• Guide and supervise research students
• Develop course content, coordinate courses, and support teaching and learning administration
• Supervise teaching staff where required
• Carry out original research and publish in refereed journals
• Secure external and government funding for research projects
• Build academic-industry partnerships and collaborations
• Strengthen alumni engagement and international relationships

Student Training for Corporate Jobs

Additional openings are available for professionals who can train students for corporate placements. These roles call for people who understand interview preparation and aptitude testing used by employers.
