Role overview
For this position, you will support HR initiatives focused on payroll and compensation processing. The role works closely with IT to translate functional needs for the payroll system, including areas such as time management. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the HR core system by helping shape processes, standards, and methods.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with HR projects connected to payroll administration.
- Partner closely with IT and communicate the functional requirements of the payroll system, including topics related to time tracking.
- Support the further development of the HR core system, especially in relation to processes, standards, and methods.
- Contribute your own ideas for making payroll processes more efficient, clearer, and more secure.
- Act as a subject-matter contact for payroll-related questions from colleagues in HR and other teams.
- Represent the payroll perspective in cross-functional project groups and help ensure that relevant requirements are taken into account.
Candidate profile
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Mandatory knowledge of LOGA.
- Initial exposure to project management.
- Experience with HR processes and the collaboration model within HR.
- Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- A strong numbers mindset, logical reasoning, high analytical ability, and conceptual thinking.
- Goal-driven, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
