About Cicero Therapies and the Role

Cicero Therapies is a mission-driven network of pediatric therapy practices providing comprehensive, collaborative care across the Eastern, Midwestern, and Southeastern United States including Indiana, Illinois, Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit within our organizational culture.
  • Maintain accurate and current candidate information for an efficient recruitment pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment Team leaders and the Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing Officer to align hiring priorities and meet staff needs.
  • Promote Cicero Therapies as an employer of choice to attract skilled healthcare professionals and reinforce a strong employer brand.
  • Source candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations when assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to ABA therapy recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or a related area.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proficiency with recruitment technologies and documentation.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications, expertise, and cultural compatibility within Cicero’s network.
  • Awareness of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and their application during recruitment processes.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and leveraging job boards and recruitment tools efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly pay ranging from $22 to $26, with potential quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.

Application Process

  • Initial interview with the Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing Officer.
  • Second interview with a Recruitment team member.
  • Final group meeting with five members of the Recruitment team.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required to be eligible for the position.
