Key Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge 3D design concepts tailored to events, conferences, brand activations, exhibitions, and immersive spaces.
• Convert creative ideas into spatial layouts, compelling designs, and high-quality 3D visual representations.
• Take the lead in shaping creative direction for event environments across pitches, client meetings, and international projects.
• Create and deliver mood boards, sketches, renderings, and presentations that clearly communicate design intentions.
• Collaborate effectively with creative, production, and technical teams to produce unified and impactful event experiences.
• Maintain creative excellence throughout projects, balancing storytelling elements, aesthetic quality, technical practicality, and budget constraints.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience in 3D event design within agency settings, including substantial exposure to international projects and diverse teams.
• A robust portfolio showcasing leadership in creative concept development and stage/event design expertise.
• High proficiency in industry-standard 3D software tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Cinema 4D, or their equivalents.
• Strong presentation skills capable of influencing both clients and internal teams to bring ideas to fruition.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, with a flair for visual storytelling.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.

Desirable Attributes

• Fluency in French is considered a valuable asset.
• Prior experience as a full-time agency employee is an advantage.
