3D Designer - Exhibition Stands (6-Month Contract)

Overview

Vega Solutions is seeking an experienced 3D Designer specialized in exhibition stand design for a fixed-term contract of six months based in Qatar. The role requires full-time presence at Vega's factory facility in Al Bidda, Doha, without options for remote or freelance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into innovative and constructible exhibition stand designs.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure designs align with material and manufacturing capabilities.
• Utilize expertise in materials, finishes, and production processes to optimize stand construction.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• At least 4 years of focused experience in exhibition stand design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant exhibition stand projects.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and methods used in the production of exhibition stands.
• Proficiency with 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Current residence in Qatar or readiness to relocate with legal work authorization.
• Availability to work full-time exclusively at Vega’s factory facility in Qatar.

• This position is strictly on-site and full-time for the contract duration from August 26 to February 2027.
