Role Overview
As a graduate, your role involves engaging with clients via interviews, workshops, and training, preparing deliverables, and presenting strategic recommendations across various industries and locations throughout the country. The Organisation & Workforce Transformation team assists clients in four primary domains:
- Organisation Design: Restructuring businesses to improve efficiency by assessing current structures, realigning leadership, designing effective models, reducing costs, managing mergers or acquisitions, and team restructures that align with strategic objectives.
- Leadership, Culture and Learning: Cultivating company values and positive cultures, developing high-performing teams, enhancing leadership capability, and delivering learning initiatives that promote continuous growth.
- Workforce Strategies: Strategic workforce planning to identify essential skills, redesigning operations to integrate AI and automation, and planning well-considered remuneration and benefits to secure the right talents.
- Strategic & Technology Change: Guiding organisations through significant transitions such as digital adoption, post-merger integration, and fostering sustainable, new ways of working to maintain competitive advantage.
Typical Daily Activities
- Collaborating with clients to solve complex challenges.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to support decision-making; identifying trends and performance indicators.
- Conducting market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategies.
- Interviewing key stakeholders to understand organizational needs, challenges, and transformation goals.
- Providing change management support to clients across diverse sectors.
- Assisting with project management duties including development of plans, progress tracking, reporting, and meeting coordination to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to communicate findings, solutions, and updates effectively to clients and teams.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications

You will hold a degree relevant to understanding people in work and business, for example in Organisational Development, Behaviour, Leadership Studies, Business Administration, Adult Education, Human Resource Management, Communications, Change Management, Labour Economics, or related fields. These are examples, and we welcome applicants from diverse academic backgrounds.
Strong communication skills are essential to clearly share ideas, analyses, and recommendations with clients and colleagues. You should demonstrate excellent verbal and written abilities, along with competency in creating impactful presentations and reports.
Analytical skills to examine complex information, detect trends, and derive meaningful insights are critical. Additionally, strong critical thinking, creativity, and strategic planning abilities are expected.
